For estimation purposed how long will it take you to clean my home?

When calculating how much time a thorough clean will take, a good rule of thumb is 4 hours for every 1,000 square feet cleaned.

What if something in my home is damaged while my home is being cleaned?

I am fully insured.

Please keep in mind that accidents do sometimes happen.  I will always treat your home with the utmost of care and caution. If I ever do break something, I  will be upfront and honest with you and leave a note along with the broken item.

If you have any items that are of extreme value, either sentimental or monetary, I would prefer not to clean those items.

I cannot be responsible for items that were previously damaged prior to my cleaning, improperly constructed or not fastened in a proper way.

I request that all valuable, irreplaceable, collectible, or heirloom items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valued) not be cleaned by me.

Can you clean my house in 2 hours?

I love this question.  The answer...No.  No, I cannot.  I'm not saying it's impossible. Actually yes, I'm saying it's impossible for me.  I tried.  The most I could get done in a single family home in 2 hours would be to tidy up, empty your trash cans, quickly wipe down your counters, take a toilet brush to your toilet bowls, and quickly vacuum.  I can guarantee you, that you would be disappointed. You would have just spent $90.00 on something that you could have done yourself. You would notice all the surfaces, showers, tubs, and flooring that weren't cleaned as they should have been. Not only that,  nothing in your home would have been truly cleaned.  All cleaning products need dwell time to cut through grease, bacteria and for your surfaces to be truly sanitized. We as professional cleaners have techniques and practiced our skills to be the most efficient that we can be, but we are still human.  There is only so much that you can physically get done in 2 hours.   If you can thoroughly clean your house from top to bottom, bathrooms, toilets, bedrooms, kitchen, misc. rooms, please give me a call!  I would love to know your secret!!

Do we have to be home when you clean?

No, you do not have to be home.  In fact the majority of my clients provide me with a key or keycode to their home.

If you choose to be home while I clean, I welcome you to do so.  I only ask that distractions are limited and have the ability to clean using my normal process and flow from room to room.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, Yes, Yes!!  I  love  pets and once they get to know me, we will become the best of friends and they love helping me clean.  If your pet needs to be let out during the day, please let me know before I clean, what their normal potty routine is and how they will let me know when they have to go.

Do I have to do anything before you come to clean my home?

It is advantageous to have the home picked up as much as possible allowing me to get to all areas so that I can optimize cleaning.  However, I do understand that isn't always possible.  If I have to spend a lot of time picking up items and putting them away prior to cleaning, you may be billed for extra time needed or some rooms may not be thoroughly cleaned.  This can be discussed during our first introduction appointment.

Do you always wear a mask, gloves, and shoe covers?

Yes, and please don't take it personally.  I wear a mask and gloves when I clean my own home.  They are my super powers and also protect me from getting sick. I will always wear shoe covers in your house to protect your floors.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely!  I strive to please my clients to the best of my abilities.  If you have any concerns with my cleaning, I will work with you to resolve any problems or disappointment you may have.
